Shipping Charges:
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices
Standard shipping & handling charges for orders in the contiguous United States are as follows:
- $5 USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all outgoing orders
- FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping for returns. (See rules for returns below)
- Expedited Shipping $25.00
International orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- USPS Global Express Mail $30.00
Please note: Taxes and duties for international orders vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or refund, as set forth below.
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and resealable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Bodycare items must be unopened and unused to be returnable. No refunds can be issued for Gift Certificates or Store Credits.
*Note: During the winter holiday season, the deadline for exchanges of gifts will be extended by 14 days after the New Year.
- Please contact us at (503) 236-3999 or click here to email us for a return authorization. After you have contacted us for your RMA, we will either email you your return shipping label, or if you do not have a printer, we can send it to you via USPS standard mail. You can set up a free pick for your return at www.usps.com.
- Please fully complete the return/exchange form included with your order. If you no longer have it, you can download a copy here: return/exchange form
- SALE and/or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds can not be issued for SALE or CLEARANCE items.
- Expedited and optional shipping costs are not refundable. Greenloop will pay shipping for USPS Priority Mail shipping expenses for returns and outgoing exchanged items. Greenloop will not pay for expedited outgoing or return shipping.
- Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
- Items lost in transit that are being returned to Greenloop are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price. Timing is everything...and it would be a shame to wait for something to go on sale, just to find that it is not longer available next time you look.
